摘要
以凿岩工具中的配套件—钎套为例,进行温挤压工艺研究,并据此设计出了成形模具。经实际生产证明,所做的工艺理论分析正确可行,选用的工艺参数—温度、压力正确,采用组合式凹模结构可显著提高使用寿命,模具设计合理。
Taking brazing sets of rock drilling tool as an example, the warm extrusion process was researched and the forming mold was designed. Proved by practice, the process theoretical analysis is correct and feasible and the selection of process parameters (temperature, pressure)is correct. The use of modular structure of the concave mold can significantly increase the service life.
