Strive to improve the diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough in China

慢性咳嗽是临床常见症状,中华医学会呼吸病学分会哮喘学组2005年以来制定和完善的《咳嗽的诊断与治疗指南》为中国临床医生提供了很好的临床诊治依据。中国慢性咳嗽的诊治仍存在很多问题,如基层认识不足,缺乏特异性检查,发病存在地区差异等。此外,还需要加深中西医治疗研究。

Summary：Chronic cough is a common clinical symptoms, the Chinese Medical Association Respiratory Diseases Asthma Study Group since 2005 to develop and provide a good diagnosis and treatment in accordance with the cough diagnosis and treatment guidelines for Chinese clinicians. Diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough in China there are still many prob- lems, such as the lack of grassroots awareness,lack of specificity checks onset of the existence of regional differences,in ad- dition to the need to deepen the study of Chinese and Western Medicine.
