全科医疗服务模式认识与发展

The understanding and development of general practice health service paradigm

1997年以来,中国一直在努力建设以全科医疗为主导的社区卫生服务,希望藉此缩小公众健康需求与卫生服务之间的矛盾。经过十余年的探索和发展,目前的全科医疗正处于全科团队服务模式的转型期,在人力资源、综合支持等方面还面临一些矛盾,需要国家在人才、资金、政策等诸多领域的投入和协调,才能逐步建立高素质的全科医生队伍,保障全科医疗服务模式的有效运作。

Since 1997, China has been striving to build a general practice-oriented community health services in an effort to minimize the disparity between public health demands and the health care service available. After 10 years of experience and development, the general practice health service is currently in a transitional stage of the GPs （general practitioners） Team Model. There are still various obstacles in human resources and comprehensive support which need to be overcomed with collaboration and assistance from the government, in areas such as personnel, funding, and policy, to ensure high-quality GPs＇ teams and to guarantee the effective operation of general practice health service.
