老年人心房颤动诊治中国专家建议(2011)发表于2011年11月,是中国第一个针对老年心房颤动的专家建议,内容包括了老年AF的诊断与风险评估、心室率控制方法、快速性心房颤动的药物复律、非药物治疗的适应证、抗栓治疗及合并特殊疾病者的抗栓治疗等。

The recommendation on diagnosis and treatment for elderly atrial fibrillation in the Chinese experts recommend （2011 ）was publicated in November 2011, which is the first expert recommendation for elderly atrial fibrillation in our Chi- na. The recommendation included the diagnosis and risk assessment of elderly atrial fibrillation, control method of atrial rates, pharmacological cardioversion for rapid fibrillation, indications of non-pharmacological therapy, antithrombolic manage- ment and antithrombolic therapy in specific patients.
