摘要 急性白血病（AL）主要死亡原因是出血和感染，深部组织出血往往是AL患者主要出血形式。本研究观察初治AL患者的深部出血情况，以了解AL患者出血发生率、病死率，出血危险因素、防治措施及其对预后的影响。
