12例淋巴浆细胞淋巴瘤患者临床特征分析 被引量：4

摘要 在WHO分类中，淋巴浆细胞淋巴瘤（lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma，LPL）是一类罕见的惰性B细胞淋巴瘤，肿瘤主要由淋巴细胞组成，同时含有浆细胞样淋巴细胞或典型的浆细胞，有些病例与某些副蛋白相关，最常见的是IgM型。
