摘要
文章利用2011年"安徽省返乡农民工再就业调查"数据,运用Logistic回归模型对返乡农民工再就业的影响因素进行了定量分析。结果发现个人特质因素、流动因素、能力素质因素及家庭因素的不同方面都对返乡农民工再就业状况有重要影响。实证结果显示,男性相对于女性、主动返乡者相对于被动返乡者返乡后更容易就业;45岁以下的青壮年返乡后就业的概率较大;受教育程度越高、返乡后接受过有针对性培训的农民工就业的概率更大;外出务工期间具有个体经营经验的农民工返乡后更容易就业;基于发展型目的外出务工人员由于他们有更高的需求,返乡后就业概率较小;家庭规模较小、生活水平较好的农民工返乡后更容易就业。
By using the Logistic model,this article makes a quantitative analysis on factors about returned peasant-workers' reemployment based on the survey data of Anhui province in 2011.The study indicates that factors such as individual characteristics,mobility,ability,quality and family factors have significant influences on reemployment of returned peasant-workers.The result of empirical research shows that male returned peasant-workers are more likely to be employed than the female.Meanwhile compared with people who have returned reluctantly,those who returned willingly have a better chance of getting a job.In terms of age,adults under 45 are more likely to be reemployed.Returned peasant-workers with a higher level of education and specific training,after returning,have more chances to be employed.Those who have small business experience when working in other places have a larger possibility of being employed.Due to their higher expectations,people who went out for personal development are less likely to get a job.Those who come from small-sized families and have better living standards are more easily to be employed.
