摘要
本文以铯/石墨-(2×2)表面结构分析为例,介绍了低能电子衍射动力学理论中的可靠性因子R 的性质和使用方法.指出正确有效地使用R 因子,能使整个分析过程层次清楚,节省计算费用,并得到较高的精度.
An example is given of the surface structure analysis of Cs/(0001)-
(2×2),and the property and calculation procedure of Reliability factor in
LEED dynamical theory are introduced.It is pointed out that,with the corr-
ect use of R-Factor,the whole analysis procedure will be more logical,more
economical,and the result will be more accurate.
