摘要
日益增多的社会心理刺激使现代社会的人们体验到了更大的压力或紧张。众多研究表明 ,员工的生理和心理紧张水平较高 ,并对他们的身心健康和工作绩效产生了消极影响。作者分析了员工工作中紧张的 1 1项原因 ,探讨了紧张对员工工作绩效和身心健康的主要危害 ,从工作设计的角度提出了有效克服员工工作中紧张的 9大对策 ,从而为管理者降低或消除员工的紧张提供了参考。
Increasing social and psychological stimuli make people a great stress.Many studies show that working staff's stress is at higher level and have negative influences on their physical mental health and work efficiency.In controlling people's stress,author analyzed eleven causes of people's stress in job,studed the major harm to physical mental health and work efficiency,and finally fromed nine countermeaures to control effectively the stress.
