摘要
美国是高校图书馆事业最发达的国家,源于其具有完善的制度。我国高校图书馆制度不健全,读者权利难以得到实现。文章首先对美国关于读者权利的高校图书馆制度的成功经验进行阐述,其次对关于读者权利的中美高校图书馆制度存在的差距进行分析研究,并在此基础上提出了关于读者权利中国高校图书馆制度的应对策略。
The United States becomes the most developed country of academic library cause because of its perfect system. Chinese li- brary system is not good enough to achieve reader rights. This paper first discusses the successful experiences of American academic li- brary system of reader rights, then analyzes the gap of the two systems and finally puts forward the measures to improve Chinese aca- demic library system of reader rights. 2 refs.
