Research on the Innovation of Academic Library Service Mechanism in Information Age

新时期我国高校图书馆服务机制存在着激励机制不健全、资源整合机制不完善、管理创新机制不健全和社会化服务发展机制不充分等问题。面对信息时代对高校图书馆服务机制提出的四种需求,提出了高校图书馆服务机制创新的对策。

There are some problems with academic library services mechanism in the new era such as the librarian excitive mechanism is not sound, the resource integration mechanism is inadequate, the management innovation mechanism is unreasonable and the social development mechanism is not sufficient. Facing with the four requirements proposed by information age of academic library service mechanism, it proposes some innovative solutions to academic library service mechanism. 4 refs.
