大蒜素对荷斯坦奶牛生产性能的影响

Effect of Allicin on Production Performance of Holstein Cows

【目的】研究大蒜素干粉对荷斯坦奶牛产奶量、乳品质以及体细胞数的影响。【方法】试验于2011年4～7月在呼图壁种牛场四场进行,选产奶量、泌乳天数、膘情、胎次相似的健康泌乳荷斯坦奶牛共60头,分为两组,每组30头,试验分三期,每期30 d,共90 d。在试验组奶牛的精料中添加0.08%的大蒜素干粉(含量25%)。【结果】奶牛日粮中添大蒜素30 d后产奶量、乳脂率分别比对照组多提高了0.93 kg、0.06%提高了(P>0.05),乳糖率基本没有变化,在60 d时乳蛋白率显著升高(P<0.05),在90 d时非脂固形物率显著提高(P<0.05);体细胞数显著下降,在30 d时降低了8.57万/mL。【结论】奶牛日粮中大蒜素可以在一定程度提高泌乳奶牛的生产性能,30 d时效果最好。大蒜素能够有效地改善奶牛的健康状况,并可以达到有机牛奶对体细胞数的要求。

【Objective】The effects of allicin on production performance,including the quality of milk and somatic cell counts of Holstein Cows are researched in this experiment.【Method】This experiment was being carried out in Hutubi Cattle Farm from April,2011 to July,2011.60 healthy Holstein Cows with similar milk yield,similar avoirdupois and closer parity were used in this experiment.The cows were disported in two groups and the experiment＇s time was evenly divided into 3 periods with 30 days each.0.08% allicin was added in the fodder for the subject cows.【Result】 The result showed that the fodder added with allicin could increase quantity of milk production by 0.93 kg and milk fat percentage by 0.06%（P〉0.05）.There is no significant difference in lactose percentage（P〉0.05）.It could improve protein ratio after 60 days and non-fat solid after 90 days.And it could reduce SCC significantly.After 30 days,SCC was reduced by 85,700/mL.【Conclusion】 Allicin in the fodder could improve production performance and quality of milk to a certain extent,and the effect after the 30 days was the most significantly.The allicin could also help prevent cows from certain diseases and keep SCC suitable to the demand of organic milk.
