外商投资、创新能力与环境效率的结构方程分析:以山东为例

Structural Equation Model Analysis of Foreign Investment,Innovation Ability and Environmental Efficiency: A Case Study in Shandong Province

传统的分析局限于外商投资与技术扩散效应或者环境影响的单一分析,实际上外资的进入可以通过技术扩散增强当地的创新能力,进而提升受资区域的环境效率。本文利用结构方程,对山东省外商投资、创新能力、环境效率之间的关系进行了分析。结果显示,外商投资有利于直接提升山东省环境效率。同时外商投资也有利于增强当地的创新能力,而创新能力的增强则有利于间接提升山东省环境效率,但是外商投资对山东省创新能力的作用效果不显著。在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。

Traditional analysis limits in the single factor of foreign investment and technology diffusion effect or environmental influence.In fact,foreign investment could increase the local innovation ability by technology diffusion,so as to improve the environmental efficiency of investment area.The paper analyzes the relation between foreign investment,innovation ability and environmental efficiency in Shandong.The result shows that foreign investment can help to enhance the environmental efficiency directly.While foreign investment also benefits the improvement of local innovation ability,which help to enhance the environmental efficiency indirectly.But foreign investment shows few effects on innovation ability.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on the basis of research results above.
