诱导不同基因型大豆未成熟子叶体细胞胚胎发生的研究 被引量:3

Studies on Somatic Embryogenesis from Immature Cotyledons in Different Genotypes of Soybean

摘要 以未成熟子叶为外植体,研究25种基因型对大豆愈伤组织形成与体细胞胚胎发生的影响。结果表明,大豆不同基因型间愈伤组织诱导率变化较小,而基因型对体细胞胚胎发生的影响较大,依基因型不同体细胞胚诱导率变化在3.33%~83.33%。体细胞胚诱导率、平均胚数在基因型间的差异均达极显著水平,且两者间存在极显著相关关系。 The immature cotyledons of 25 genotypes were used as explants to study the effects of genotypes on the somatic embryogenesis from immature cotyledons in soybean. The results showed that no significant differences were observed for the induction rate of calli among genotypes. The significant influence from genotypes was obtained on somatic embryogenesis. The induction rate of somatic embryogenesis ranged from 3.33% to 83.33% among the genotypes involved. The significant differences were obtained in the induction rate of somatic embryogenesis and average embryo number among the genotypes. The positive correlation was found between rate of somatic embryogenesis and average embryo number.
