外源6-BA对寒地冬小麦东农冬麦1号抗寒性的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Exogenous 6-BA on Cold Resistance of Winter Wheat Dongnongdongmai 1 in Cold Area

摘要 为给高寒地区冬小麦返青率的提高提供依据,以抗寒品种东农冬麦1号为试验材料,研究外源6-BA对东农冬麦1号抗寒性的影响,并分析比较了3种不同的6-BA施用方式。结果表明:水培模拟系统中,10-7mol/L 6-BA对促进苗期低温下东农冬麦1号根和芽的生长以及提高叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及SOD、POD活性效果最明显,最优施用方式为水浸种后用含6-BA的培养液培养;土培系统中,三叶期浇灌10-5mol/L 6-BA对于增加低温下东农冬麦1号分蘖节和叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,SOD、POD活性及返青率效果最明显。 In order to offer basic information for increasing greening rate of winter wheat in cold area, this experiment was conducted using Dongnongdongmai 1 to investigate the effects of exogenous 6-BA on cold resistance, and explore difference of cold resistance among three 6-BA application methods. The results showed that in the solution culture, 10^-7moL/L 6-BA had a significant impact on cold resistance ,growth of roots and shoots,soluble sugar con- tent and soluble protein content. The activity of SOD and POD were increased significantly under low temperature too. The best treatment was soaking seeds with water and then culturing seeds with 6-BA solution. In soil culture, seedlings at trefoil stage grown in field were treated with 6-BA and the ble sugar content, soluble protein content, and increased the activity leaves under different temperatures, and increased winter greening rate 6-BA on the field was 10^-5mol/L.
