In the field of vision with development and transition, we are gratified at the vigorous growing of Chinese agriculture, ln the meantime, we are clear-headed to realize its deep-suffering as well. The condi tra ction of backward situation and chinese agriculture's modernization with our social increasing dependence on the highly modernized farming,a contradiction between the low-level condition of Chinese agriculture's quality and the demand for sustainable development of agriculture, declare publicly that the conventional moder of farming modernization has been riven into an Impasse ,and has pushed the ecotype agriculture onto the historit arena.The ecotype agriculture means sustainable agriculture. that is essentially legalized Agricuture. It packs inherently with improvement of science and technology along with its legalization, lnnovation in system along with its legalization, as well as Legalization of the sustainable development of agricultureitself.
