自拟化瘀膏外敷配合红外线灯照射治疗马骡指(跖)部腱鞘炎的疗效观察

The Efficacy Observation on Tenosynovitis Treatment of Mule Toes by Self-ointment of Removing Blood Stasis with Infrared Light Therapy

观察自拟化瘀膏外敷、红外线灯照射以及两者配合应用治疗马骡指(跖)部腱鞘炎的疗效,加以对比得出较好的治疗方案,以提高马骡指(跖)部腱鞘炎治愈率。自2003年8月至2010年12月在深圳赛马会、深圳世界之窗和吉林省农安县等地治疗指(跖)部腱鞘炎的马骡40余匹。随机分为四组,分别采用自拟化瘀膏外敷、红外线灯照射以及两者配合应用,并设对照组。化瘀膏外敷组治愈率66.67%、红外线灯照射组治愈率72.73%、自拟化瘀膏外敷配合红外线灯照射组治愈率87.53%。采用自拟化瘀膏外敷配合红外线灯照射治疗马骡指(跖)部腱鞘炎获得良好疗效,为临床治疗该病提供了切实可行的治疗方法。

Observe the external application of self - ointment of removing blood stasis, infrared light therapy and the efficacy of tenosynovitis on mule toes by the combination of the two applications. Compare them and obtain better treatment options to improve the cure rate of mule toes tenosynovitis. From August 2003 to December 2010, the Jockey Club in Shenzhen, Shenzhen Window of the World, Nongan City of Jilin Province and other places treated more than 40 mules that had got tenosynovitis. Randomly divided them into four groups, and adopt a self - ointment of removing blood stasis, infrared light and the combination of the two applications respectively, and set up the control group. The cure rate of ointment of removing blood stasis is 66.67% ; the cure rate of Infrared light is 72.73% ; the cure rate of self - ointment of removing blood stasis with infrared light is 87.53%. Adopting the treatment method of self - ointment of removing blood stasis with infrared light on tenosynovitis can acquire better curative effect, which has provided a practical method for the clinical treatment of the disease.
