心脏再同步治疗超反应2例分析

摘要 心脏再同步治疗(cardiac resynchronizationtherapy,CRT)被推荐来治疗充分抗心力衰竭药物治疗后NYHA分级仍在Ⅲ级或不必卧床的Ⅳ级、窦性心律、左心室射血分数≤35%、QRS时限≥120 ms的心力衰竭患者[1]。但对CRT的反应个体间存在着显著差异[2-4],有些患者临床症状改善显著,左室完全逆转重构,左室功能几乎正常;
