摘要
研究了用萃取浮选光度法测定铋的各种条件,还试验了常见离子对本法的影响.研究发现:0~20μg/25ml 的铋符合比耳定律,络合物组成比铋∶茜素虹S∶亮绿为1∶3∶3,平均摩尔吸光系数为2.02×10~5.方法用于Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 超导薄膜中的铋的测定,获得了较为满意的结果.
A highly sensitive method is described for the determination of trace
Bi(111)by extraction flotation in the presence of alizarin red S and brilliant
green.Bi(111)forms a 1∶3∶3 stable compex with alizarin red S and brilliant
green over the pH range 5.25-5.50.The maximum absorbance of the complex is
measured at 630nm,and its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.02×10~51·mol^(-1)
·cm.The calibration curve is linear over the range 0-20μg Bi/25ml.Most
common metal ions do not interfere.The method is applied to the determina-
tion of Bi(111)in Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting film.
