成人孤立性肋骨朗格汉斯细胞组织增生症2例
摘要
患者1 女，34岁。反复右后背疼痛2个月，加重1周，休息后可缓解。查体：右肩胛下区外侧轻压痛，未触及肿物。胸部X线示右侧第7肋骨形态不规则，局部密度减低（图1）。胸部CT示右侧第7肋骨局部膨胀，骨小梁结构模糊。肋骨三维（3D）-CT示右侧第7后肋局部膨胀性生长，可见骨质破坏，骨质密度减低，骨皮质变薄，骨质连续性欠佳（图2），
