摘要
患者女，24岁，因面部红斑，多关节肿痛12年，行走及排尿困难2d入院。12年前日晒后出现面部蝶形红斑、多关节肿痛、双手雷诺现象，查免疫学指标等后被诊断为系统性红斑狼疮（svstemic 1upus eryhereatosus，SLE），给予泼松规伴治疗。
