梅-罗综合征一例
摘要
患者女，60岁。因反复颜面肿胀2年，加重3个月于2007年12月24日入院。患者2年前无明显诱因出现左侧颜面肿胀，无发热、疼痛，无包块及破溃，服用中药治疗效果不佳。3个月前无明显诱因出现右侧颜面肿胀，进行性加重，伴右眼睑肿胀，眼裂变窄，不伴皮疹、关节肿痛、肢体无力、肌肉酸痛，无口干、眼干，无口腔溃疡，无言语不利。
