摘要
勇于创新 ,又具有创造能力 ,是高层科技人才必须具备的重要素质之一。在教育中 ,培养创新能力的途径很多 ,如建立合理的知识结构 ,直接参与知识创新的实践活动 ,特别是参与解决难度大的问题的训练。从思维方法上看 ,要把逻辑思维与非逻辑思维结合起来 ,把收敛式思维与发散式思维结合起来。
Great scientists are characterized by creativity and the ability to innovate. There are many ways to encourage creativity and to develop innovative ability through education, such as to establish a well grounded knowledge structure, to be directly involved in innovative activities, and especially to participate in the exercise of solving difficult problems. With regard to thinking methodology, fostering creativity requires the combination of logical and non logical thinking and the combination of divergent and convergent thinking.
