摘要
本文采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,了解了山西省高校体育教师对其角色扮演现状的自我评价。结果表明:师生普遍认为高校体育教师较好的扮演了教师的角色,其中"学生的榜样"这一角色的评价最高,"心理的治疗者"角色评价最低。除了"知识传授者"角色,学生的评价好于教师外,体育教师的自我评价均高于学生群体的评价,而且体育教师与学生的评价之间存在显著性差异。
Through using the method of literature review and questionnaire,this paper tries to understand the self-evaluation on characteristics of physical education teachers in Shanxi province.The result shows that teachers and students generally think that physical education teachers in colleges and universities better play of teacher's role,especially for student model of the role,while psychological treatment role evaluation are minimum.In addition to students'evaluation on knowledge person role better than teachers,physical education teachers' self-eva-luation are higher than the students' evaluation.There is significant difference between physical education teachers and students' evaluation.
