经胃肠道补液联合静脉补液治疗糖尿病酮症、酮症酸中毒、高渗昏迷的临床观察

Clinical observation of transgastrointestinal fluid infusion in the treatment of diabetic ketosis,ketoacidosis and hypertonia

目的探讨通过胃肠道补液联合静脉补液治疗糖尿病并发酮症、酮症酸中毒或高渗的有效性。方法在应用胰岛素的同时足量的胃肠道补液,每日补液量2 000~6 000 mL,辅以静脉输液每日500~2 000 mL,持续7 d。观察尿量、血气分析、血糖、尿酮及血钠的变化。结果 32例患者的相关指标均得到明显改善以至痊愈。结论经胃肠道补液,是治疗糖尿病并发酮症、酮症酸中毒和高渗的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of transgastrointestinal fluid infusion in diabetic ketosis,ketoacidosis and hypertonia.Methods On the basis of insulin application,fluid infusion through gastrointestinal tract,2000 to 6000ml per day,were supplemented by intravenous infusion 500 to 2000ml per day.The period of treatment was 7 days.The changes of urine volume,blood gas analysis,blood sugar,urinary ketone and serum sodium per day were observed.Results The correlation index of all cases were improved significantly after the therapy.Conclusion The transgastrointestinal fluid infusion is safe and effective in diabetic ketosis,ketoacidosis and hypertonia.
