益气清化方治疗气虚质非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Yiqiqinghua formula in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with Qi deficiency

目的观察益气清化方治疗气虚质非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将114例气虚质非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组给予益气清化方治疗24周;对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗24周。观察2组治疗前后症状、体征、体重指数、血清学指标和影像学变化。结果治疗12和24周后,治疗组患者乏力和胁肋胀痛症状显著改善,与对照组相比差异具有显著性;体重指数明显下降,与治疗前相比差异有显著性意义;ALT、γ-GT、TC、TG和FBG均较治疗前明显下降,差异具有显著性。治疗后对照组患者体重指数稍有下降,与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义;ALT、TG较治疗前明显下降,差异具有显著性意义;治疗组ALT、γ-GT、TC和FBG水平优于对照组,差异具有显著性意义。B超好转率治疗组为66.67%,对照组35.09%,治疗组优于对照组。结论益气清化方治疗气虚质非酒精性脂肪性肝炎临床疗效好,可以明显降低患者体重指数和空腹血糖,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqiqinghua formula in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis（NASH） patients with Qi deficiency.Methods A total of 114 patients with NASH were randomized into treatment group treated with Yiqiqinghua formula for 24 weeks and control group treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule for 24 weeks.Symptoms before and after treatment,body mass index（BMI）,biochemical indicators and imaging changes were observed in the two groups.Results After 12 to 24 weeks of treatment,main clinical symptoms,including weakness and flank pain,were markedly improved in the treatment group.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant.BMI decreased significantly and the difference was statistically significant compared what it was before the treatment.Compared with what they were before the treatment,ALT,γ-GT,TC,TG and FBG significantly decreased,and the difference was significant. Compared with what it was before the treatment,BMI of the control group decreased slightly and the difference was significant.Compared with what they were before the treatment,ALT and TG significantly decreased and the difference was significant.The levels of ALT,γ-GT,TC and FBG were better in the treatment group than in the control group and the difference was significant.B ultrasound improvement rate was 66.67% in the treatment group,and 35.09% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Yiqiqinghua formula in the treatment of NASH patients with Qi deficiency has obvious clinical efficacy,and can markedly decrease BMI and fasting blood glucose,thus being worth promoting in clinical application.
