群体伤院内急救护理程序的探讨

目的探讨程序化急救护理模式在突发群体伤救治中的作用,提高抢救成功率。方法回顾分析2年来15批85例伤员救治情况,内容包括迅速启动应急预案,根据伤情快速、准确分诊,医护人员密切配合,实施急救护理措施,快捷、有效的急救绿色通道,争取抢救时间。结果 15批85例伤员全部得到正确的救治,无1例漏诊、误诊,延误病情,最后评价达到预期目标。结论熟练的抢救技能、正确有效的救治方案是抢救成功的关键,规范的急救护理程序有利于急救工作的顺利进行。

Objective To discuss the effect of programmed nursing procedures in emergency group injuries to improve the success rate of rescue.Methods The clinical data of 85 injured patients in a 2-year span were retrospectively analyzed.The programmed nursing procedures included quick start of emergency plan,accurate diagnosis according to the severity degree,and close cooperation between doctors and nursing staff.To implement emergency nursing measures,a fast and effective green channel of first aid should be established in order to save time.Results All patients received right treatment.Not even one patient had misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis.The final evaluation has achieved the desired goals.Conclusion Proficient rescue skills,and correct and effective treatment programs are key to a successful treatment.Standardized emergency procedures are conducive to a successful rescue.
