普外科腹腔镜手术患者围术期不适症状的分析及护理

Analysis of perioperative discomforts in patients with general laparoscopic surgery and its nursing

目的了解普外科腹腔镜手术患者围术期不适症状及相关因素,分析引起不适症状的主要原因,探讨改进护理的最佳措施。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查对40例腹腔镜术后患者的围术期不适症状进行调查。结果腹腔镜手术患者围术期存在的中重度不适主要有腹部疼痛(42.0%)、咽喉部不适(56.0%)、胃膨胀(42.0%),肩部疼痛(65.0%)、恐惧(75.00%),患者术后进食及活动恢复情况良好。结论腹腔镜手术患者围术期存在腹痛,咽喉部不适,肩部疼痛等症状可通过护理干预及加强康复指导缓解。

Objective To investigate causes of perioperative discomforts in patients with general laparoscopic surgery to improve nursing.Methods A self-made survey was conducted to 40 patients.Results The moderate and serious discomforts included abdominal pain（42.0%）,discomfort of throat（56.0%）,gastric distention（42.0%）,shoulder pain（65.0%） and fear（75%）.The patients had good postoperative food intake and exercise.Conclusion Abdominal pain,discomfort of throat,shoulder pain of the patients can be alleviated by nursing intervention and strengthening rehabilitation guidance
