先天性巨结肠根治术围术期护理

Perioperative nursing in congenital megacolon removal

目的探讨经肛门一期结肠拖出术的围术期护理。方法对45例先天性巨结肠患儿进行术前评估,术前做好家长的健康教育和洗肠、扩肛等肠道准备,采取及时补充电解质、营养支持等措施。术后进行生命体征监测、吸氧、严密观察病情,加强会阴部护理,预防并发症的发生,做好出院健康指导。结果 45例先天性巨结肠患儿术后恢复良好,所有患儿均痊愈出院,排便良好,仅1例发生肠炎。结论健康教育、围术期细心的护理对手术的成功及并发症的预防起到了至关重要的作用,是儿童先天性巨结肠根治手术成功的关键。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of stage 1 trananal colon removal.Methods Preoperative evaluation was conducted to 45 child patients with congenital megacolon and health education was administered to parents.Intestinal preparation such as lavage and anal dilatation was properly managed.Timely electrolytes supply and nutrition support measures were taken as well.After surgery,vital signs were monitored.Oxygen intake and the progression of the illness were closely monitored.Perineum nursing was strengthened to prevent complications.Health guidance was implemented before they were discharged.Results All 45 child patients with congenital megacolon were discharged with good recovery.Defecate was good and only one patient had enteritis.Conclusion Health education and careful perioperative nursing are important to the success of operation and the prevention of complications to child patients with congenital megacolon.
