As for the class cadres in institutions of higher learning,people often think of them as the working assistants for the class master to manage the class. We agree that the role of 'class cadres' itself implies the promoting function of students' self education, which depends on the universal and profound social psychology.Full realization and utilization of, and doing justice to this special 'educatioanal resources' play an important part in the implementation of quality-oriented education and all-round improvement of students' comprehensive qualities.
