Professor Li Zhenhua's Experience in Treating Fever Due to Internal Injuries and Aphonia

目的:总结李振华教授治疗内伤发热、失音的治疗经验。方法:通过跟师学习,收集、整理、归纳李振华教授治疗内伤发热、失音的临床治疗经验。结果:内伤发热之阴虚发热者,用滋阴清热之法治疗,首选青蒿鳖甲汤合小柴胡汤化裁治疗,待体温降低后改服香砂温中汤加减,健脾以化生气血而收巩固之效。气虚发热者,治以益气健脾之法,选用香砂六君子汤合小柴胡汤化裁而收效。脾虚湿热阻滞发热者,治以健脾祛湿之法,佐以清热,选用香砂温中汤加减而获效。李老治疗失音之脾虚肝火所致者,选用香砂温中汤。风寒感冒后所致者,治以疏风散寒,宣肺利咽之法,选用温肺止咳汤。结论:国医大师李振华教授治疗内伤发热、失音疗效显著。

Objective：To summarize the experience of Professor Li Zhenhua in treating fever due to internal injuries and aphonia.Methods：The clinical experience of Professor Li Zhenhua in treating fever due to internal injuries and aphonia was collected,organized and summarized by learning with the teacher.Results：Fever of yin deficiency due to internal injuries adopted the method of nouring yin and clearing heat.The optimal formulas were Qinghao Biejia Decoction together with Xiao Chai Hu Decoction modified with Suanzaoren and Digupi.When the fever receded,Xiangsha Wenzhong Decoction was given with modification to activate the spleen in order to generate qi and blood exerting the effects of consolidating.For fever due to qi deficiency,the method of nourishing qi and activating spleen was used by applying Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction together with Xiao Chai Hu Decoction with modification to take effects.For fever due to stagnation of damp-heat caused by spleen deficiency,the method of activating the spleen and removing the dampness was given assisted with the method of clearing heat and Xiangsha Wenzhong Decoction was used with modification to take effects.For aphonia due to spleen deficiency and liver fire,Professor Li used Xiangsha Wenzhong Decoction.For aphonia caused by cold due to the attack of pathogenic wind-cold,the method of dispersing the wind and cold,ventilating the lung and throat was used and Wenfei Zhike Decoction was given.Conclusion：Professor Li Zhenhua,the state master doctor of traditional Chinese medicine has achieved significant effect in the treatment of fever due to internal injuries and aphonia.
