张从正器械疗法初探

Preliminary Exploration of Apparatotherapy Adopted by Zhang Congzheng

目的:探析张从正对于不肯服药之人,不能用药之病采取器械疗法针对常见病和疑难杂症的治疗方法。方法:对张从正所著《儒门事亲》中用钅非针、银针、钗股、鸡羽、竹筷、针钩、秤钩、漏针、钩钤、磁片、草茎、杆草、长蛤甲、九曲玲珑灶、木梳等器械治疗疾病进行分析。结果与结论:张氏的器具疗法不仅提供了治疗疾病的新手段,更提供了一种学习中医的思维方法。

Objective：To probe the experience of Zhang Cong-zheng in treating common and incurable diseases by using apparatotherapy to patients who are unwilling to take medicine and for diseases which do not respond to medication.Methods：The paper analyzed the methods of Zhang Cong-zheng by using appliances to treat diseases in Ru Men Shi Qin and the appliances included stiletto needle,silver needles,hairpin shares,chicken feathers,bamboo chopsticks,the needle hook,weighing hook,missing pin,hook seal disk,grass stems,the rods grass,the long clam,exquisite stove,wooden comb and so on.Conclusion：The methodes of Zhang Cong-zheng by using appliances not only provide us with the new means for treating diseases,but also give us a thought of studying traditional Chinese medicine.
