活血化痰安神方治疗顽固性失眠临床研究

Clinical Study on Refractory Insomnia Treated by Huoxue Huatan Anshen Decoction

目的:探讨活血化痰安神方治疗顽固性失眠临床疗效。方法:将60例入选病例随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,两组均予舒乐安定片(艾司唑仑)口服,治疗组在此基础上给予活血化痰安神方(方药组成:桃仁10 g,红花10 g,郁金12 g,川芎10g,法半夏30 g,竹茹10 g,黄连9 g,枳实9 g,陈皮9 g,朱茯神15 g,酸枣仁30 g,生龙骨18 g)治疗,治疗后观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为63.3%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化痰安神方治疗顽固性失眠疗效显著。

Objective：To study the clinical effects of Huoxue Huatan Anshen Decoction in the treatment of refractory insomnia.Methods：60 included cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with each group of 30 cases.Both groups were given oral administration of estazolam first,and the treatment group was additionally given Huoxue Huatan Anshen Decoction（composition：Peach kernel 10 g,safflower 10g,radix curcumae 12 g,rhizoma ligustici wallichii 10 g,rhizoma pinellinae praeparata 30 g,caulis bambusae in taenian 10 g,the Coptis 9 g,dried immature fruit of citron orange 9 g,tangerine peel 9 g,Poria cum Ligno Hospite 15 g,wild jujube 30 g,Dens Draconis 18 g） on the basis of the first procedure.After treatment,clinical effects in two groups were observed.Results：Total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 93.3% and 63.3% respectively and differences of the curative effects in two groups had statistics significance through comparison（P0.05）.Conclusion：Huoxue Huatan Anshen Decoction has obvious effects in the treatment of refractory insomnia.
