理气活血化浊汤治疗气血瘀滞型高脂血症临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Hyperlipoidemia of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type by Liqi Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction

目的:探讨理气活血化浊汤治疗气血瘀滞型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将115例患者按照就诊先后顺序,用随机数字表法,分为两组。治疗组70例,采用理气活血化浊汤(方药组成:当归10 g,赤芍15 g,川芎10 g,桃仁10 g,红花15 g,水蛭6 g,酒大黄10 g,泽泻12 g,山楂30 g,决明子30 g,陈皮10 g,何首乌30 g,茯苓15 g,丹参15 g),每日1剂;对照组45例,采用脂必妥片,每日3次,1次3片,口服。所有患者均8周为1个疗程,疗程结束后统计疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为68.89%,两组比较:χ2=8.179,ν=1,P=0.004<0.05,差异有统计学意义,治疗组显著优于对照组;患者均按时完成研究,显示出药物良好的依从性,观察中未发现药物有明显不良反应。结论:理气活血化浊汤治疗气血瘀滞型高脂血症有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To study the clinical effects of Liqi Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction on the treatment of hyperlipoidemia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods：115 patients were divided into two groups by the method of random number table according to the sequence of treatment.The treatment（70 cases） was treated by Liqi Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction（Prescription components：angelica 10 g,red peony root 15 g,Chuanxiong 10 g,peach kernel 10 g,the Safflower 15 g,leech 6 g,wined rhubarb 10 g,Alisma 12 g,the haw 30 g,cassia seed 30 g,dried tangerine peel 10 g,fleece-flower root 30 g,Poria 15 g,Salvia 15 g）,one dosage per day;the control group（45 cases） was given Zhibituo tablet,three times one day with three tablets each time.All patients in both groups were treated for one course of 8 weeks and therapeutic effects were analyzed after one course of treatment.Results：Effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,while the control group was 68.89%.Comparison between both groups showed their difference had statistical significance,and the treatment group was superior to the control group（χ2=8.179,ν=1,P=0.0040.05）.All patients finished the study on time,and presented good obedience to medicine and no obvious side effects were observed during treatment.Conclusion：Liqi Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction has good clinical effects on the treatment of hyperlipoidemia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.
