活血化瘀膏治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by Huoxue Huayu Paste

目的:探讨活血化瘀膏对改善膝骨性关节炎患者关节疼痛及功能活动的临床疗效。方法:将50例患者分成治疗组26例,对照组24例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,治疗组采用活血化瘀膏外敷治疗,共治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组中痊愈18例,显效4例,有效2例,无效2例,有效率92.31%。对照组中痊愈9例,显效7例,有效5例,无效3例,有效率87.50%。两组有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀为主的药物治疗膝骨性关节病临床疗效确切,治疗早中期膝骨性关节炎不能仅从关节软骨入手,过度关注软骨的作用,还应重视局部肌肉韧带组织血运状况。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Huoxue Huayu Paste with the function of activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis on improving joint pain and functional activity of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：50 patients of knee osteoarthritis were divided into the treatment group（26 patients） and control group（24 cases）.The control group was given routine treatment of western medicine,while the treatment group was given Huoxue Huayu Paste for external application for 3 courese of treatment.Results：In the treatment group,18 cases were healed,4 cases were markedly improved,2 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid and the effective rate was 92.31%;in the control group,9 cases were healed,7 cases were markedly improved,5 patients were effective,3 cases were invalid and the effective rate was 87.50%.Comparison between the two groups showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group and the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicinals with the function of activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis have definite effects on the treatment of knee osseous arthritis.It is not enough to treat osteoarthritis in early or medium stage only by paying attention to articular cartilage and giving excessive focus on the function of cartilage.The circulation of blood in local muscle ligaments and tissues should also be emphasized.
