补阳还五汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Nerve Lesions by Buyang Huanwu Tang

目的:探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将84例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组43例与对照组41例,对照组采用西医单纯常规疗法;治疗组采用补阳还五汤加减(方药组成:黄芪30 g,当归15 g,川芎15 g,赤芍15 g,鸡血藤30 g,伸筋草30 g,地龙15 g,红花15 g,牛膝15 g,茯苓15 g,山药15 g,白芍15 g,甘草10 g)治疗。结果:治疗组有效率90.00%,对照组有效率77.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中医益气活血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu Tang on the treatment of diabetic peripheral nerve lesions.Methods：84 patients of diabetic peripheral nerve lesions were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group of 43 cases.The control group was given the single application of regular Western medicine therapy;the treatment group was treated with the Buyang Huanwu Tang（composed of Raidx Astragali 30 g,Angelica sinensis15 g,Ligusticum wallichi 15 g,Radix Paeoniae Rubra 15 g,Caulis Spatholobi 30 g,lycopodium clavatum30 g,lumbricus 15 g,Carthamus tinctorius 15 g,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae15 g,Pachyma cocos15 g,Rhizoma Dioscoreae 15 g,Radix paeoniae alba 15 g,Glycyrrhiza uralensis10 g）.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the control group 77.7%.The two groups had significant statistical difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：TCM method of tonifying qi and activating blood has great therapeutic effects on the treatment of diabetic peripheral nerve lesions.
