刺络拔罐法治疗缠腰火丹临床研究

Clinical Research on Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping in Treating Herpes Zoster

目的:探讨刺络拔罐法治疗缠腰火丹的临床疗效。方法:将51例缠腰火丹患者分为刺络拔罐治疗组和药物对照组,治疗组28例予叩刺区加拔火罐10～15 min,每日1次,7次为1个疗程。对照组23例口服阿昔洛韦缓释片,一次0.8 g,每日3次,并用酞丁安搽剂外涂于患处,每日3次。结果:治疗组有效率为96.43%,对照组有效率为82.61%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:刺络拔罐法治疗缠腰火丹疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of using the method of blood-letting puncture and cupping in treating herpes zoster.Methods：51 cases of herpes zoster patients were divided into the blood-letting puncture and cupping treatment group and the medication control group.28 cases in the treatment group were given the therapy of cupping in the pucturing areas for 15 min,one time per day and 7 times for a course of treatment.23 cases in the control group were given oral administration of acyclovir sustained-release tablets,0.8 g per time and 3 times per day,and Ftibamzone liniment was applied externally to the affected area three times a day.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43% while the rate of the control group was 82.61%.The treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of blood-letting puncture and cupping has significant effect in treating herpes zoster.
