针灸治疗中风后偏瘫研究述评

Study Comment on the Treatment of Hemiplegia after Stroke by Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:总结针灸治疗中风后偏瘫的研究进展情况。方法:搜集2007年以来国内相关杂志的论文进行分析并进行评述。结果:近5 a的研究主要集中在针刺与康复训练结合的研究以及针药结合的研究。结论:针灸治疗中风的疗效肯定,但在多中心随机对照的临床研究、针灸治疗的优化方案、各种疗法相结合的研究、腧穴的选取及特异性方面需要进一步深入。

To summarize the research progress on the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods：The relevant papers in magazines at home since 2007 were collected,analyzed and reviewed.Results：Researches in recent five years mainly centered on the combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation training and the integration of acupuncture and medicine.Conclusion：Acupuncture has definite effects on the treatment of stroke,but further study is needed in the aspects of clinical research of a multicenter randomized comparison,optimization scheme of acupuncture,research on integration of all kinds of therapies,the selection of acupuncture points and their specification etc.
