摘要
为了优化生产,提高装配线效率,在对约束理论及装配线平衡研究的基础上,运用eM-Plant软件建立了拖拉机前机罩总成装配线的仿真模型。通过运行仿真,识别出了瓶颈工序,并提出了改进方案,消除了装配线上的堵塞现象,降低了工位闲置时间,提高了装配线平衡率。仿真分析的结果为装配线的规划与布局提供了科学依据。
In order to optimize the production and improve assembly line efficiency based on the theory of constraints and the assembly line balancing,this paper established the simulation model for the assembly line of tractor front hood by using eM-Plant.By the simulation model,the bottleneck process was identified,then the improvement scheme was put forward.The chocking phenomenon on the assembly line is eliminated and the workstation idle time is reduced.The rate of the assembly line balancing is improved.The simulation analysis provides a basis for the planning and layout of the assembly line balancing.
