摘要 为了研究酵母铬对鹌鹑胆固醇代谢的影响,选取180只1日龄黄羽蛋用鹌鹑,按体质量随机分为6组,每组30只。通过在鹌鹑日粮中添加不同水平的酵母铬(以铬含量计:0μg/kg、100μg/kg、200μg/kg、400μg/kg、600μg/kg和800μg/kg),建立试验动物模型。分别于试验处理第29天、第50天和第70天每组取8只,从心脏采血液,测定血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量。测试结果表明:添加酵母铬显著提高了鹌鹑血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,降低了血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血清总胆固醇含量,其中,添加400μg/kg和600μg/kg铬对鹌鹑胆固醇代谢影响最大。 To determine the effect of yeast chromium on fat metabolism in quails,180 quails with one-day-old were randomly allotted to six groups of 30.The diets with the yeast chromium(0μg/kg,100μg/kg,200μg/ kg,400μg/kg,600μg/kg and 800μg/kg) were fed to the quails in each group mentioned above.On the 29th,50th and 70th day of experimental treatment,8 quails were randomly extracted from every group.The concentration of serum total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol were determined.The results indicated that the concentration of serum high density lipoprotein-cholesterol was significantly increased and the low density lipoprotein-cholesterol and total cholesterol were significantly decreased in quails submitted to the chromium supplementation,respectively.400μg/kg and 600μg/kg chromium addition presents protective role at fat metabolism in quails.
