摘要
目的:建立测定星宿菜中山柰酚含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为岛津VP-ODSC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(42:58),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为370nm。结果:山柰酚进样量在0.2062~1.0310μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为98.67%,RSD=1.24%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于星宿菜的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of kaempferol in Lysimachia fortunei.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.Shimadzu VP-ODS C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(42:58) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 370 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of kaempferol ranged from 0.206 2 to 1.031 0 μg(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 98.67%(RSD=1.24%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,sensitive and good in reproducibility.It can be applied for the quality control of L.fortunei.
