摘要
目的观察健身气功六字诀对中老年轻度焦虑症的康复作用。方法采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为六字诀习练组(简称“习练组”)和对照组,利用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定两组患者练功前和练功3个月后的疗效,采用“神经生理信息工作站”分别记录两组的脑电信息,并导入“智能脑功能分析系统”对脑电信息进行分析处理。结果①经3个月习练后,习练组总有效率为66.67%,对照组为26.19%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.28,P〈0.01)。习练组习练后HAMA评分与SAS评分均较同组习练前明显下降[分别为(12.440±4.104)分、(36.355±15.085)分,P〈0.01]。习练组习练后HAMA评分、SAS评分和HAMA减分率(26-3±23.8)%与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。②频率域变化比较:习练后,习练组β1(0.1005±0.0132)旷呈减少趋势。③空间域变化比较:习练组同组习练前后比较:左额(3.7449±3.0739)、右额(3.9948±3.5865)、右顶(2.6442±1.7867)、左枕(2.5845±1.7883)、右中颞(2.7916±2.0327)明显上升(P〈0.05);左前额(5.4771±3.9768)、右前额(5.8682±3.8109)、右枕区((3.4168±2.9227)显著上升(P〈0.01)。习练组习练后左前额、右前额、左额、右额、右顶、左枕、右中颞,较对照组[分别为(3.8686±3.2034)、(3.9419±3.4709)、(2.5632±2.0258)、(2.6763±2.2542)、(1.7535±1.7334)、(1.6426±1.5885)、(1.8626±1.7103)]明显上升(P〈0.05);右枕区(1.8942±1.8346)显著上升(P〈0.01)。结论健身气功六字诀对中老年焦虑症有一定康复作用。
Objective To observe the rehabilitation of Six Healing Sounds on mild anxiety disorders of the old and middle-aged persons. Methods All patients were randomly divided into Six Healing Sounds exercise group and control group using random number table. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMD) were adopted for evaluating the efficacy of the subjects before and three months after the practice. Nerve-physiology information workstation was setup to record the changes of cerebral electric powder of both groups before and 3 months after the treatment. The data was further analyzed by intelligent cerebral powder analyzing system. Results (1)After three months practice, clinical efficacy shwoed significant difference between the two groups (exercise group 66.67%, control group 26.19%. HAMA(12.440_4.104) and SAS (36.355±15.085) score decreased significantly after the treatment in the exercise group. HAMA score, the SAS score and HAMA reduction rate (26.3±23.8)% had significant difference between the two group. (2)Frequency changes: the change of β1 (0.1005 ±0.0132) μV2 before and after the exercise in the exercise group showed significant difference than that in the control group. (3)Space changes: in the exercise group after 3 months: F3 (3.7449 ± 3.0739), F4 (3.9948± 3.5865), P4 (2.6442 ±1.7867), O1 (2.5845 ± 1.7883), T4(2.7916 ± 2.0327)were increased than before; Fpl (5.4771 ± 3.9768), Fp2 (5.8682± 3.8109), 02 (4168 ± 2.9227 ) were increased than before; comparison between the exercise group and control group: Fpl, Fp2. F3, F4, P4), 01, T4 Fβl (3.86864-3.2034), Fp2 (3.9419±3.4709), F3 (2.5632±2.0258), F4(2.676± 2.2542), P4(1.7535± 1.7334), O1 (1.6426±1.5885), T4(1.8626 ± 1.7103) in the exercise group were obviously increased; 02 (1.8942±1.8346) was significantly increased in the exercise group. Conclusion Six Healing Sounds" had rehabilitation effects on anxiety disorders of the middle-aged persons.
