To Strengthen and Improve the Ideological and Political Education of University Students in an Effective Way

大学生是青年的中坚 ,他们的思想政治素质如何将直接关系到社会主义建设事业的成败。对大学生进行思想政治教育是永恒的主题 ,尤其在新时期 ,更应加强和改进这方面工作。辽宁师范大学结合本校学生思想实际 ,着重做好如下工作 :抓认识 ,提高大学生思想政治教育的自觉性 ;抓根本 ,明确大学生思想政治教育的主攻点 ;抓载体 ,探索大学生思想政治教育的新途径 ;抓结合 ,找准大学生思想政治教育的切入点 ;抓队伍 ,增强大学生思想政治教育的战斗力 ;抓创新 。

The ideological and political education of university students is an ongoing theme and should be strengthened and improved especially in the new century. In the light of the students' yeality at Liaoning Teachers University,we have done the following:(1)To raise the self conciousness of the ideological and political education of university students by stressing awareness.(2)To get to know the focus of the ideological and political education of university students by concentrating on what is of basic importance.(3)To explore new ways of the ideological and political education of university students by paying special attention to medium.(4)To find the point of breakthrough in the ideological and political education of university students by emhasizing the combination of theory and practice.(5)To strengthen the fighting power of the ideological and political education of university students by paying attention to the training staff.(6)To open up a new prospect of the ideological and political education of university students by emphasizing new educational ideas.
