适宜于空间可伸缩帧间编码的快速算法 被引量:1

A fast inter prediction algorithm for spatial SVC

摘要 为既保持可伸缩视频编码(SVC)有较高的编码效率,又能减少其编码时间,提出了一种适合于增强层的帧间快速编码算法:先计算出各个方式的权值,按照权值大小的顺序进行编码,同时结合残差预测和率失真预测进行提前终止。实验表明,本文算法能够显著地提高编码速度,同时对编码质量影响极小。 To achieve higher coding efficiency and less coding time for scalable vedio coding(SVC),this paper presents a fast inter-frame encoding algorithm suitable for the enhancement layer,in which the weights of the various models are calculated and ordered with the combination of the residual prediction and rate distortion as the early termination criteria.The Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the encoding speed with negligible influence on encoding quality.
