摘要
目的观察黄芩苷对抗结核药物致肝细胞损伤小鼠肝脏组织病理形态学的影响。方法 60只小鼠随机分为6组,即正常对照组,肝细胞损伤(异烟肼+利福霉素钠)组,联苯双酯组及高、中、低剂量黄芩苷组。后4组进行肝细胞损伤组相同处理后1h给予相应药物。给药8d后处死小鼠,分别用光镜和电镜观察肝脏组织细胞及其超微结构病理形态学改变情况。结果肝细胞损伤组出现肝细胞变性和坏死,散在有肝细胞凋亡,炎症活动程度明显升高(P<0.01)。黄芩苷能明显减轻肝细胞变性和坏死,肝细胞超微结构较肝细胞损伤组有明显改善,炎症活动程度明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论黄芩苷对抗结核药物致肝细胞损伤具有保护作用。
【Objective】 To observe the effects of baicalin on pathomorphology of hepatic tissues in hepatocyte injury induced by antituberculosis drugs in mice.【Methods】 Sixty mice were divided randomly into 6 groups: normal control group,hepatocyte injury group(isoniazid and rifamicina),bifendate group,baicalin groups(high,medium and low doses).One hour after the latter 4 groups had received the same treatment as in the hepatocyte injury group,drugs were administered to mice once daily for 8 days.Each mouse was killed by cervical dislocation.Light microscope was used to observe the histopathological changes and electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructural pathological changes of the hepatic cells.【Results】 The degeneration,necrosis and scattering apoptosis of hepatic cells emerged in hepatocyte injury group,and the level of inflammatory activities were increased significantly(P〈0.01).As compared with hepatocyte injury group,baicalin alleviated the degeneration and necrosis obviously.The ultrastructural pathological changes were alleviated markedly and the level of inflammatory activities were relieved significantly(P〈0.01).【Conclusions】 Baicalin has protective effect for antituberculosis drugs induced hepatocyte injury.
