摘要
目的探讨一种损伤小、效果良好、外观美好的治疗腋臭的适宜方法。方法采用两种微创方法治疗腋臭患者78例,术后随访6个月,从治愈率、有效率及并发症等方面进行临床分析。结果吸刮法治疗腋臭的治愈率虽低于双切口皮下汗腺清除术,但有效率无统计学差别,且并发症发生率明显低于双切口皮下汗腺清除术。结论两种方法治疗腋臭各有优缺点,应根据情况采用个体化的治疗方案,以期获得最佳的治疗效果。
【Objective】 To find a better technique to treat axillary osmidrosis,which has good cosmetic and functional results with the permanent therapeutic effect and fewer complications.【Methods】 From Jun 2005 to Jun 2009,two different surgical techniques were used for the treatment of 78cases.The treatment result and complication were compared.【Results】 Curettage came out significantly fewer complications than double incisions subdermal excision of apocrinegland and has the same therapeutic effect for the different cases.【Conclusion】 Two methods of the therapy have their advantages and disadvantages.In order to attain the best result,appropriate procedure is chosen deliberatively.
