摘要 大量的人体微生物组成了一个微生物区系,其中大多数为非可培养微生物。宏基因组的方法即非培养基因分析法是近年来发展起来的新方法,可以有效地获知绝大多数人体微生物的基因多样性、种群结构及生态作用。在人体微生物研究中,宏基因组学可以用来发现新病原、抗性基因研究、疾病相关代谢研究和建立人体健康模型。 Numerous microbes inhabit the human surface compound a microbiot,many of which are uncharacterized or uncultivable.Metagenomics,or the culture-independent genomic analysis are essential to understand the genetic diversity,population structure,and ecological roles of the majority of microbiot.Metagenomics has been previously employed for pathogen discovery,resistant gene,metabolic disease and establish microbial pattern of health people.
