盲肠造瘘联合小肠排列术治疗腹茧症体会

Comprehension of abdomen cocoon with caecum colostomy combined with intestinal permutation treatments

目的观察盲肠造瘘联合小肠排列术治疗腹茧症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析收治的5例腹茧症患者的临床资料并随访其临床疗效。结果该组患者手术均获成功,无死亡病例。术后恢复良好,术后半个月拔除盲肠造瘘管,20 d左右痊愈出院。全部病例随访,平均(23.4±19.3)个月,其中1例分别于术后6个月与14个月出现肠梗阻,经对症保守治疗后治愈;其余病例随访均未见明显手术相关并发症。结论盲肠造瘘联合小肠排列术是治疗腹茧症行之有效的手术方式之一。

【Objective】To observe the clinical effects of treatments of abdomen cocoon with caecum colostomy combined with intestinal permutation.【Methods】To retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 5 patients with abdomen cocoon and follow up.【Results】All cases passed through the operations with no death.All patients recovered well and discharged about 20 days after operation with caecum fistula tube removed half a month postoperatively.All cases were followed up,average（23.4±19.3） months,and one case suffered ileus and recovered under conservative treatment while others recovered well without any complications.【Conclusion】Caecum colostomy combined with intestinal permutation is an effective treatment for abdomen cocoon.
