摘要
目的调查护生临床学习环境与实习效果,探讨两者相关性,为临床护理教学提出依据。方法采用临床学习环境量表(C LES)和临床实习行为评价量表(C ET)调查护理本科及专科实习末期的护生,测量其对临床学习环境的评价及实习效果。结果临床学习环境和实习效果总评分别为(3.07±0.68)和(3.61±0.53)。临床学习环境评分最高的维度为参与性,最低为个性化;实习效果评分最高的维度为情感,最低为认知。临床学习环境与实习效果呈正相关(r=0.211,P<0.01)。结论护生对所在医院的临床学习环境较满意,实习效果较好。临床教学应重视个性化,并加强理论知识、护理程序方面的教学。
【Objectives】To investigate the relationship between clinical learning environment and clinical performance,and provide suggestions improving teaching.【Methods】107 JSNs and 40 BSNs were investigated by clinical learning environment scale(CLES),and clinical evaluation tool(CET).【Results】The mean score of CLES was(3.07±0.68),and that of CET was(3.61±0.53).The most satisfied section in CLES and CET is the attendance and emotion,while unsatisfied section is individual and knowledge.The coefficient between CLE and CET was 0.211,P 0.01.【Conclusion】Student nurses are satisfied with CLE,and their clinical performance was good.The theory of nursing should be strengthened in teaching.
