摘要
目的研究瑞舒伐他汀治疗舒张性心力衰竭患者心脏功能的疗效。方法入选2008年3月~2009年12月于该院住院的舒张性心力衰竭患者78例,随机分为瑞舒伐他汀组(n=38例)和对照组(n=40例),两组均给予常规治疗,包括血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂、硝酸酯类药物,治疗组在该基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀10 m g/d治疗12个月,分别于治疗前、治疗后检测患者心功能情况及肿瘤坏死因子(TN F-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、N末端脑利钠肽(N T-proBN P)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-C R P)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LD L-C)、三酰甘油(TG)水平。结果治疗组患者左房容积指数(LAVI)、二尖瓣舒张早期流速峰值/舒张晚期流速峰值(E/A)、6 m in步行距离、心功能N Y H A分级改善程度与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义,与对照组比较,血TN F-α、N T-proBN P、hs-C R P水平下降,差异有统计学意义。结论在常规治疗基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀可降低TN F-α、N T-proBN P、hs-C R P水平,改善舒张性心力衰竭患者心功能。
【Objective】To study the treatment effects of Rosuvastatin on the patients with diastolic heart failure.【Methods】78 cases of diastolic heart failure patients were studied in our hospital from March 2008 to December 2009,patients were divided into Rosuvastatin group(n =38) and the control group(n =40),both groups were given conventional treatment,including angiotensin-coverting enzyme inhibitors,diureties and nitrate drugs.For treatment group,Rosuvastatin was administered(10 mg/day) for 12 months based on conventional treatment.The changes on cardiac function,the levels of N terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were determined before and after therapy.【Results】Left atrial volume index(LAVI),peak early diastolic filling velocity/peak filling velocity at atrial contraction,6 min walk test and NYHA heart functional classification score improved in patients with Rosuvastatin group after treatment compared with the control group,there was a significant difference between them.The levels of NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α decreased significantly in Rosuvastatin group compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant.【Conclusion】Rosuvastatin could decrease the levels of NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α and improve cardiac function in patients with diastolic heart failure.
